The history of yoga runs deep and contrasts with the idea of the “kinder, gentler” impressions that many people have.

This is a question that I get asked a lot…

But what happens when we no longer see each other as human beings?

I was sore after classes. I had a terrible mat that was bought at a super store long ago before my son Zach was born.

I look around and see the work that I have done, the relationships shared and lost, the ways in which I was a “season” to others.

As we head into Spring, we notice all around us nature's transformation. Fuzzy buds on the trees, the grass begins to come back to life, the longer days.

We are about to embark on a New Year and the typical resoutions come into mind, the goals, fitness, dreams, etc. But what if, in 2017, you reached beneath the surface?

We talk ourselves out of things. We let our fears get in the way. Now some of you might say, "Skydiving? That's a bit much." And I hear ya. Believe me.
