• All deposits are non-refundable. Full balance is automatically charged 30 days prior to retreat start date, unless otherwise noted.
• Cancellation requests submitted more than 30 days from retreat arrival date, non-refundable deposit due.
• Cancellation requests submitted less than 30 days from retreat arrival date, full balance is due.
• Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please know that our cancellation policy is designed to mitigate damages and costs incurred to retreat hosts in order to maintain the retreat experience and affordability for other retreat guests. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.

Retreat Itinerary

Below please find the day-by-day itinerary for this trip.
Day 1
Welcome to River Mountain! Check in is after 3pm. Get settled in your accommodations and then let's meet for Happy Hour and Dinner. Afterwards, we will gather for our welcome circle then head back to our circadian rhythm pods and glamping yurts for a relaxing night sleep.
Day 2
Unwind and settle into the relaxing mountain way of life. Begin with breakfast and an energetic vinyasa yoga practice in the morning. Take some time for you afterwards and then we will go on a hike (weather permitting). It's time for lunch and In the later afternoon, find some time for reading, laying in the hammock or napping! Restorative yoga, and dinner round out the evening. Let's hang out by the fire pit and make s'mores.
Day 3
Let's Explore. Wake up with the sounds of nature, have a light breakfast and meet for your energizing morning yoga practice Options for today include soaking in the hot tub, nature walk, or drive to the local town after a picnic lunch and do some shopping! Get ready for a beautiful Yin yoga session in the evening as we wind down. Dinner and social time by the fire and stargazing are on the agenda before our final sleep!
Day 4
It's time to say goodbye. Enjoy our last breakfast together and depart for home by 11am with the beautiful memories of our time in the desert!
